Cancellation Policy
OyNex Technologies allows you to cancel your bus booking subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable service fees.
- Cancellations made between 6 and 24 hours before departure are eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the ticket price, depending on the bus operator's policy.
- Cancellations made less than 6 hours before departure are generally not eligible for a refund. However, this may vary by operator.
- No-shows (failure to board the bus without prior cancellation) are not eligible for any refund.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking through any of the following methods:
- Chat with our AI assistant and say "Cancel my booking"
- Go to My Bookings on the OyNex website and select the booking you wish to cancel

Refund Process
- Once a cancellation is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet).
- The refund amount will depend on the cancellation window and the specific bus operator's refund policy.
- Service fees and convenience charges are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to a fault on OyNex's part (e.g., operator-cancelled trip).
Operator-Cancelled Trips
If a bus operator cancels a trip, you will receive a full refund (including service fees) within 5–7 business days. We will also notify you via SMS and email and assist you in rebooking an alternative trip if available.
